What is a cargo van?

A cargo van is a spacious vehicle, smaller than a box truck, designed to move your stuff easily and securely. Unlike the “Mystery Machine” from Scooby Doo, our cargo vans are modern, rectangular, and built for getting stuff done! With seating for 2 (or 3 for one of our vans), the cargo area is separated by a barrier which ensures your cargo stays in the cargo area and does not spill into the cabin. This means that there are no seats in the back of it. The cargo area is only for your stuff.

These Cargo Vans are ideal for smaller moves as well as commercial deliveries. If you have a few large items or alot of smaller things to move, the cargo van may be perfect for your transportation needs. Some customers need a vehicle bigger than their car but don’t really need a box truck. The Cargo Van is a great alternative.

They handle more like a car than a truck, making them a breeze to drive. Our customers absolutely love them.

What about the height?

Ok. So you want the deets? Here it is. Many years ago, we decided NOT to buy the tallest of the tall vans. Did we consider it? Of course we did. We want to make you happy. But then reality set in. We have fixed more than our fair share of vehicle damage. It was usually top of the box damage for taller box trucks. But apparently some of the drivers for the tallest of the tall cargo vans wanted in on some of that top of the box truck damage action. We know because our service dept kept getting calls for repair estimates. Here is another thing, that top damage is NOT covered by your insurance or the Damage Waiver btw! So we hit “unsubscribe” and decided to just go with the mid size. It was a great choice!

TLDR: In a nutshell…To ensure our customers have the best experience, we chose mid-sized cargo vans. They’re easier to drive and park, and you won’t have to worry about costly roof damage.”

Plenty! Whether you’re moving to a 1-bedroom apartment, we got you! Clearing out a storage unit (yay! finally), or transporting gear for an event, our cargo vans have you covered. They’re roomy enough for a Queen mattress, furniture, and more!
